Ripplewood Resort does not accept reservations via email. Please utilize our online availability tool, and then call us directly.
We require a pre-payment of the first night at the time of booking, and we will charge the balance of your stay upon your arrival.
Your deposit is refundable less a $5 cancellation fee, provided you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.
We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard. Please bring your Credit Card and Identification with you when you check in.
Our rates are subject to change at any time, but are typically raised no more than once per year.
Reservation hours are from 8 am to 7 pm Pacific Time.
Please be sure to review your confirmation letter carefully for accuracy, and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy.

RIPPLEWOOD RESORT Cancellation Policy:
We realize that sometimes your plans may change. In order to be fair to other prospective guests of Ripplewood Resort, and to avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel not less than 72 Hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
There is a $5.00 cancellation fee for canceling reservations.
We will assess a one-night charge per room for cancellations that don't meet the terms of our cancellation policy.
As we have very little walk in business, No-shows and abbreviated reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.
Ripplewood Resort is not responsible for road conditions, foul weather or personal emergencies.
We strongly encourage you to check forecasted weather and road conditions prior to traveling during the winter months, as Highway 1 can be hazardous.
